Therefore you are kindly requested to quote us  the most suitable offer with all technical data  sheets, and the most competitive price, which should include all the fundamental commercial and technical points as specified bellow:

·         Break down price

·         Two years spare parts list individually for each type of equipment shall be submitted

·         Validity of offer should be at least 60 days from date of quotation.

·         Delivery time.

 

Any deviation from our inquiry’s spec. and data sheets should be highlighted by supplier and need to be approved through a modification letter.
