Boundary-Lubrication oilless sliding bearing to steel as matrix, sintered bronze spherical powder as the middle layer, the surface of rolling modified Polyoxymethylene (POM) and has storage pit.

Plastic surface of the product thickness 0.5mm, has good wear resistance, in the less oil or oil under the conditions of space off to work correctly. It was adapted to work under conditions of ambient temperature and low-speed heavy-duty venue to replace the traditional copper sets, both to reduce the cost of extending the service life.
